The cocktail-making class was fun and a great way to unwind. Make sure to try the sliders for lunch-they're fantastic!

The location across from the train station was ideal, and the stylish decor. Unfortunately, we experienced long wait times for service at dinner and some minor issues with our room's lighting. Though, the friendly staff and clean atmosphere stood out.

Helpful reception staff.
Very poor service at breakfast - found own table after waiting 5 minutes, then ignored and 5 later arrivals served before us. Insufficient lighting in all areas. Asked to move out of the way by bar staff.

Had a really nice stay during a business trip. The staff were gentle and superfriendly, overall. I ate at a delightful restaurant for breakfast. The location was great, just a short walk away from a theme park. Shopping malls and a market were right next door.

The decor was charming and modern, with good art pieces, made every corner a joy to explore. The accessibility features made it easy for everyone, allowing me to move about comfortably and enjoy all that the hotel offered.
More well-lit rooms for better visibility.

The bathroom was amazing. Huge and the drench shower was lovely.
We were in room 207 and the room was far too cramped. We couldn't even walk around the foot of the bed unless sideways and singularly. Having seen in other rooms on the same tariff, I would suggest those cramped rooms should be on a discounted rate! The bed wasn't very comfy either, very hard, but I guess that is down to personal taste.

The room and bathroom were both excellent. The decor and general ambience was lovely and romantic. The room felt really decadent and the bed was huge. Overall a really lovely hotel.
We weren't very impressed with the cocktails. We expected to pay more than in another venue as it is Malmaison but the quality of the cocktails was disappointing. We also enjoyed a meal in the brasserie. Again the ambience was lovely as was the wine. We enjoyed the meal overall but for the price we paid we would have hope for slightly better quality/flavour.
